Yes, all clients must present a current ID during the rental process and each time the client enters the facility.

All of the documents mentioned below must be presented at the time of any rental for an outside storage space:

● Current Driver’s License (any state)
● Current vehicle registration, OR
● Current vehicle title
● Current proof of insurance (Declaration page of current insurance card)
● To store any time of vehicle, including trailers, must be insured to be
parked on the property.

While we do not offer climate controlled storage units yet, we do offer the widest range
of sizes for your storage needs.

Yes. Our property is fully secured with 24/7 on-site security staff who monitor the grounds day and night. We also have gated access and surveillance cameras throughout the location to ensure your belongings stay safe at all times.
