How much is the rent? Are utilities included?

Depending on the size of your trailer, the rents range from $475-$650 per month. Electric, water, sewer and trash services are available. Electricity is bled according to trailer usage.

Are there age restrictions on RV trailers?

To live in the RV park as a permanent resident, RV trailers must not be more than 20
years old at time of inquiry

Are children allowed? Is there wi-fi service or a pool?

Yes, all aged individuals are welcome at our RV park. We can help direct you to wi-fi
services in the area. We do not have a pool in the Park.

Are pets allowed? Is there on-site parking?

Yes, pets are allowed and must have rabies vaccination records available. No breed
restrictions.

Is there on-site parking?

Yes, there is parking for (2) vehicles per site

How close are you to the Strip?

We’re about 10 minutes away, near downtown Las Vegas and major freeways.

Is the facility secure?

Yes. Our property is fully secured with 24/7 on-site security staff who monitor the grounds day and night. We also have gated access and surveillance cameras throughout the location to ensure your belongings stay safe at all times.

Great rates for.both storage and rv camp. Conveniently Located near just about anything like gas station , family dollar, circle k, 7/11, rebel, smoke shop. Walgreens and Walmart up the street.

Office staff and security staff are both friendly and courteous . access to storage units is available 24 hours a day They offer multiple different sizes units. They also have outside parking for RV storage or vehicle storage. Prices are reasonable, multiple options.

I've used this storage for years... love that everyone has to check in through their security and also they record the license plate every time !!!

I like the fact that all of their storage units are drive to and that this place is open 24/7. Your prices were as good as or better than all the other storage places that I checked into. I had a storage unit there for 5 years I just recently moved out and I am happy that I'm no longer there but I would really recommend them.
